IS THE AUTO SHOW OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
Yes, so come sit in the cars, pop the hoods, inspect the trunks, and kick the tires. The Ft. Lauderdale Auto Show is great entertainment for serious shoppers, car buffs and the entire family!
WHERE IS THE CONVENTION CENTER LOCATED?
WHERE DO I PARK?
The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center parking is conveniently connected to the Northport Parking Garage with covered, air conditioned skywalks. Northport Parking Garage is well-illuminated and security patrolled.
CAN I BUY A CAR, TRUCK, OR MOTORCYCLE AT THE SHOW?
Absolutely – many of the manufactures displayed are manned by local car dealership representatives.
HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?
Adult – $8.00
Child – $3.00
Children 5 and Under – FREE
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
You may purchase tickets online with a credit card, using your smart device, or a printer. The easiest method is to upload your ticket with barcode on your mobile device -scanned ticket entry is available.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. Tickets are non-refundable.
WILL TICKETS SELL OUT ON SITE?
No.
DO YOU HAVE STROLLERS FOR CHILDREN AVAILABLE ON SITE AT THE SHOW?
Yes, and strollers are allowed on the show floor.
MAY I USE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
No –but there are ATM machines in the lobby of the Convention Center for your convenience.
DO YOU HAVE COMPLIMENTARY WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE ON SITE AT THE SHOW?
Yes. Visit the Central Security Office in the Convention Center Lobby. Please call 954.765.5900 during show hours for more information about wheelchair.
CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TO BUY TICKETS ON-LINE?
Yes.
IS THERE A "WILL CALL" AREA WHERE I CAN PICK UP TICKETS ORDERED IN ADVANCE?
Yes, Will Call is located at the far right side of the main show entrance. ID must be provided in order to pick-up any tickets placed on hold at Will Call.
MAY I USE THE SAME TICKET MULTIPLE TIMES?
No. Each ticket is valid for only ONE admission to the show.
MY E-TICKET HAS MY NAME ON IT. CAN I GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE TO USE IF I CAN'T GO?
Yes. The tickets are transferable.
ARE CAMERAS & VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED ON THE SHOW FLOOR?
Yes. And encouraged!
IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND OFFICE?
Yes. Lost and Found is located inside the Main Show Office, located to the right of the main lobby entrance.
IS THERE A PLACE TO EAT?
There are several concession stands throughout the convention center that offer a variety of options. No formal dining locations are located within the building, however plenty of seating is provided throughout the halls for our guests’ convenience.
WILL THERE BE ANY DISPLAYS OF CLASSIC/ANTIQUE CARS?
Yes.
IS THE CONVENTION CENTER A SMOKE-FREE FACILITY?
Yes, the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas.
CAN I BRING MY DOG AND/OR PET TO THE SHOW?
Sorry, No. Be kind to your pets and leave them at home when you visit the all-indoor Auto Show. Only seeing-eye dogs and service dogs are allowed inside the Convention Center during Auto Show operating hours.
